  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1 ounce triple sec or orange liqueur
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 ounces mango puree or nectar

  • Tajín seasoning (for rimming glass)
  • Lime wedge
  • Mango slice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass: Rim a glass with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into Tajín seasoning to coat the edge. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
  2. Mix the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, mango puree, and hot honey. Add a handful of ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake: Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
  4. Serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
