Instructions
- Prepare the glass: Fill a tall stemmed wine glass generously with ice cubes to chill the drink properly.
- Add ingredients: Pour in 3 ounces of prosecco, 2 ounces of Aperol, 1 ounce of fresh grapefruit juice, and 1 ounce of grapefruit Perrier or club soda over the ice.
- Mix the cocktail: Gently stir all ingredients together to blend the flavors and chill the cocktail evenly.
